📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact for client service activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables. • Assist clients in understanding their risk programs and help align services with their business needs. • Analyze client exposures and historical data to support strategy development. • Prepare client-facing materials, including proposals, analytics, and service plans. • Support senior team members in placement activities, including data gathering, submission preparation, and quote review. • Lead or support the renewal process, including data collection, proposal review, and client presentations. • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues. • Manage day-to-day service transactions for assigned accounts, including documentation, invoicing, and coordination of deliverables. • Review contracts and other documents to identify risk-related considerations. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Obtain and maintain required state licensing. • Participate in professional development and training activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Bachelor’s degree (Business, Risk Management, or related field) or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years in commercial insurance, brokerage, or risk advisory roles. • State broker license(s) active or obtainable. • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Professional designations (CPCU, ARM) preferred. • Preferred: Experience with industry platforms such as ImageRight or AMS360.
