📋 Description
• Gestionar solicitudes de viaje recibidas por teléfono, correo electrónico y otros canales. • Utilizar herramientas y sistemas de BCD Travel para procesar reservas y solicitudes. • Buscar, reservar y confirmar vuelos, hoteles, transporte terrestre y otros servicios de viaje. • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de viaje del cliente. • Asesorar a los viajeros sobre las mejores opciones disponibles. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos operativos y en la experiencia del cliente. • Resolver incidencias y cambios de último momento de manera rápida y efectiva. • Tomar decisiones independientes en situaciones de emergencia.
🎯 Requirements
• Amplio conocimiento de la industria de viajes y turismo. • Experiencia en viajes corporativos y atención a clientes VIP. • Dominio de sistemas de reservas y herramientas de gestión de viajes. • Excelente orientación al cliente. • Comunicación efectiva, tanto oral como escrita. • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas. • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades. • Autonomía y toma de decisiones. • Atención al detalle y precisión en la gestión de reservas.
