📋 Description

• Provides analysis to help management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various business issues, opportunities and decisions • Prepares variance and financial analysis, performs basic budgeting and forecasting input, reviews field check request coding, prepares and submits various accrual, amortization and re-class journal entries and prepares and distributes daily/weekly/monthly client financial reporting • Audits forecast data and identifies items to be updated during the budget process • Supports the finance management team during the annual budget creation and handles basic data input • Provides monthly analysis of actuals vs. budget for small to mid-market internal clients • Prepares global financial reporting and analysis • Prepares staffing models, journal entries, intercompany billing files

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry or service industry is a plus • Bachelor degree in accounting / finance or related field • Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets required • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required • Travel industry experience • Proficiency in SAP, VENA and Microsoft Word, Excel
