📋 Description

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and document requirements — using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot) to structure and accelerate documentation • Translate business needs into crisp functional and non-functional specifications, ready for the development team to build from • Work hand-in-hand with developers and data engineers throughout the full delivery lifecycle — not just at handover, but at every step • Use Databricks to investigate business problems, validate hypotheses, and surface evidence-based recommendations • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all relevant deliverables • Continuously look for process improvements: if something is repetitive or manual, question whether it needs to be

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Business/Data Analysis experience • Strong requirements documentation skills • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) • Microsoft Copilot / AI tool proficiency • UAT planning and execution skills • Experience creating detailed functional specifications
