📋 Description

• Handle incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and provide travel consultation • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer • Have hands-on involvement in crew movements, rotation, and disruption handling • Provide customers with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information • Respond to customers promptly and provide undivided attention • Offer assistance to team members within and across teams • Meet individual and team goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments • Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setup • Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
