📋 Description

• Oversee and manage delivery of professional, technical and administrative support for Head Start and Early Head Start grant recipients. • Manage interactions with the Client and client relationships. • Ensure staff provide reliable, high quality information and records management, • Lead and manage a team of 5 people and plan, execute, monitor and improve the work and related processes. • Prepare Monthly Status Reports and Task Summary Reports as required by the Client. • Ensure compliance with program and fiscal requirements of discretionary grants.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in management, business administration, public administration or related field from an accredited university or college; Master’s Degree is a plus, but not required. • 10+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience managing client services projects of size, scope and complexity • At least 6 years of progressive supervisory experience. • Demonstrated expertise and experience in budget oversight and management. • Experience implementing quality assurance systems that improve client services. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with web-based systems, databases and tracking systems.
