📋 Description

• Coordinate activities related to organizing BD meetings with clients • Provide product documentation, including certificates and declarations of conformity, to clients • Manage marketing materials in Veeva Vault • Oversee and monitor the marketing budget • Coordinate and manage registration of non-tender agreements in SharePoint • Order and organize shipment of marketing materials for Account Managers and marketing events • Handle purchase orders in BuySmart • Ensure activities comply with ethical codes, procedures, and Ethics and Compliance guidelines • Complete accurate and timely reporting and maintain HR system data • Collaborate with and support Customer Service and Tender Departments • Process purchase invoices for the assigned business • Manage HCP and HCO documentation • Organize internal and external meetings • Prepare and manage contract workflows • Participate in complaint reporting processes and support Safety Actions • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Compliance with ethical codes of conduct and employer-defined procedures • Alignment with Ethics and Compliance guidelines • Completion of C2C training in accordance with corporate requirements • Accurate and timely reporting, including leave requests and expense reports • Maintenance of up-to-date data in HR systems such as Workday • Ability to manage marketing materials in Veeva Vault • Ability to monitor marketing budgets • Ability to use SharePoint for non-tender agreement registration • Ability to handle purchase orders in BuySmart • Ability to manage HCP and HCO documentation in compliance with regulatory standards • Ability to participate in complaint reporting and Safety Actions processes
