📋 Description

• Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical initiatives for assigned products, portfolios, or markets • Generate customer, market, and stakeholder insights to support commercial decision-making, growth opportunities, and market trend analysis • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, sales enablement, CRM adoption, segmentation, and engagement planning • Lead digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, web content, social media activities, digital assets, and campaign performance optimization • Support pricing analyses, business cases, channel programs, distributor collaboration, and marketing project execution • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance requirements • Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution • Experience working in regional healthcare, medical device, or developing market environments • Experience collaborating with distributors, channel partners, and commercial stakeholders • Ability to translate customer insights and performance data into actionable recommendations • Strong understanding of product and channel marketing, customer and market insights, digital marketing, CRM, brand management, commercial excellence, and sales enablement • Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer engagement programs, business analytics, pricing analysis, and cross-functional project management • Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
