📋 Description
• Spearhead the development and execution of manufacturing operations • Ensure alignment with core objectives of safety, quality, and efficiency • Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace • Champion a culture of open communication and continuous improvement • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment • Drive safety enhancements and quality initiatives • Oversee annual budgeting, goal setting, and cross-departmental collaboration
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field) • 5+ years in Operations Management experience • 5+ years of Cross Functional experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Finance • Minimum of 15 years of total manufacturing experience • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and social skills • Organized & systems/process driven • Detail oriented with high level of problem solving and analytical skills • Results & solution oriented • Solid discernment as it relates to P&L • General understanding of GMP, ISO, OSHA & EAP requirements
