📋 Description
• Manage financial records and accounting entries • Ensure compliance with laws and handle tax (VAT, CIT, WHT) • Support audits for Poland and CEE legal entities • Post accounting entries and ensure timely financial reporting • Maintain, reconcile, and resolve P&L and balance sheet accounts • Collaborate with regional finance teams and local businesses
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance • 5–10 years of experience in financial accounting • Understanding of Polish GAAP, US GAAP • Practical knowledge of VAT, CIT, and WHT • Experience working with external auditors and tax advisors • Strong analytical skills • Effective communication skills with fluency in Polish and English • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Excel • Experience with Blackline would be considered an advantage
