• Proactive management and support of new customers within the assigned sales territory • Clinical support for the introduction and use of incontinence products in hospitals • Active sales activities to coordinate product trials, evaluations and pilot projects, including preparation and support for contract conclusions • Delivery of product trainings, workshops and in‑house training sessions for medical personnel (nursing staff, physicians, therapists) • Development and maintenance of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other relevant healthcare stakeholders • Support in the preparation of training materials, clinical arguments and case examples • Participation in trade fairs, congresses and professional development events • Collection and reporting of customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services • Support in implementing care pathways and integrating products into clinical workflows • Collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Business Development • Revision, updating and recording of information in our CRM tool salesforce.com to keep data accurate and up to date • Responsibility for achieving quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and annual targets (targets and annual performance review)
• Completed nursing qualification or equivalent • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical/hospital environment or similar • Initial sales experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry (required) • Ideally, experience in incontinence care • Strong communication and presentation skills • High level of initiative, customer focus and a very high willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week) • Confident use of digital tools and presentation media • Business‑fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken • Ability to work in a goal‑ and performance‑oriented manner • Independence, personal responsibility and team orientation • Good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)
