• Define and communicate a clinically grounded strategy for ADx in Women’s Health • Own the market-shaping roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that support guideline influence, clinical adoption, and long-term growth • Drive programs across assays and platforms, including playbooks, value dossiers, educational programs, webinars, messaging frameworks, and KOL-led engagements • Collaborate with regional teams to enable and amplify marketing activities • Track, analyze, and communicate performance metrics and return on investment for clinical marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Marketing, or Business • 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic marketing, clinical marketing, or product management within IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences • Clinical or medical background strongly preferred • Proven understanding of regulated healthcare environments
