📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents and service requests. • Ensure continuous hotline coverage during assigned shifts. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently. • Deliver technical guidance and consultation to customers and internal teams. • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication. • Collaborate closely with various business functions to resolve issues. • Create, document, track, and escalate technical cases when required. • Support Level 1 teams through coaching and mentoring. • Drive shift-left initiatives to improve operational efficiency. • Maintain and improve customer remote connectivity solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent professional experience in a related technical field. • Experience in technical customer support, service desk operations, field service, or a similar customer-facing technical environment. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Solid understanding of Service Desk and IT Service Management processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
