• Shape the go-to-market for our Refinancing & Securitisation Solutions: identify leads, develop them in a data-driven way, and build sustainable new business. • Lead Management: Actively identify new business opportunities domestically and internationally and own the entire lead process from first contact through qualified handover into the sales funnel. • Business Development: Drive the progression of qualified leads within our structured sales and business development process. • Marketing & Sales Strategy: Support product-related marketing and sales activities by contributing to the execution of targeted campaigns.
• You have completed a degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable field. • You already have initial experience in lead generation and are committed to consistently qualifying contacts and translating them into measurable sales impact. • Ideally, you have gained first practical insights in securitisation, treasury/refinancing, corporate finance/banking, or adjacent fields and want to continue growing in this area. • You understand the regulatory framework in the securitisation environment, are enthusiastic about data- and process-driven structures, and want to actively help shape this area. • You proactively engage with people, clarify matters reliably, and bring stakeholders together through authentic communication and a positive team spirit — with the mindset to take on responsibility and to develop both professionally and personally. • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, high tool affinity, and a strong drive to complete tasks in a structured, reliable, and timely manner. • You are willing to travel nationally and internationally to advise our clients on site. • Excellent English and German language skills complete your profile.
