📋 Description

• Lead SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts at client sites • Advise on integration scenarios and system architecture • Support the modeling of global templates and SuccessFactors architectures • Coordinate client workshops and translate requirements into SuccessFactors • Work closely with international teams to implement the HR IT strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field • At least four years of project experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Knowledge of Employee Central (EC), including SuccessFactors certifications • Deep understanding of EC core functionalities (data model, business rules, workflows, roles/authorizations) • Experience with SuccessFactors architecture scenarios • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally • Excellent German and English language skills
