📋 Description

• You drive the expansion of our client portfolio, build sustainable relationships, and achieve demonstrable revenue growth • You are familiar with the mineral oil industry, with a solid understanding of downstream processes—particularly in retail and B2B sales—and the mobility ecosystem (fuel, charging, fleet, digital business models), and you apply this knowledge to create innovative solutions • You take end-to-end responsibility for complex multi-stakeholder projects and ensure their successful completion • You design and implement change initiatives and process optimizations • You maintain industry contacts and represent us at conferences and trade shows • You analyze and optimize supply chain and logistics processes in the downstream segment • You develop tailored concepts for e-mobility, alternative fuels and new retail business models and support the implementation of strategies for the energy and mobility transition

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a degree in business administration/economics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or industry, including at least 2 years in service sales • You have consulting experience and broad project management expertise, including experience leading projects • You can demonstrate project successes in mobility, energy, or related industries • You have experience in the mineral oil industry, with a focus on downstream and retail • You possess knowledge of refinery operations, distribution, service station operations, pricing and customer management • You have a good understanding of current trends such as decarbonization, e-mobility and digital platforms • You are willing to travel domestically and internationally to advise our clients on site • Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
