📋 Description

• Mobility is undergoing a major transformation toward more sustainable forms of transport. • Digitalization plays a central role in this — both in optimizing transport and in shifting travel away from private motorized vehicles to other modes. • We are looking for a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) to join our team with a focus on Transportation & Mobility! • As an Engagement Manager you will work on digital and sustainable mobility projects and support leading companies in the rail and transport sector. • You will co-develop target concepts and visions for end-to-end digital processes with our clients. • You will take on account management and expand existing and new client relationships in the transport industry. • You will strategically develop our subject-matter expertise with a focus on rail operations and digitalization. • You will lead interdisciplinary teams and contribute to our growth as a Development Manager by supporting the advancement of motivated, eager-to-learn talent.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, transportation/traffic engineering, business informatics, or a similar field. • You have proven experience leading or contributing to projects related to rail operations or rail infrastructure. • You have experience managing or supporting digitalization projects, particularly complex initiatives. • You have a demonstrable track record in business development within the transport industry. • To advise our clients on-site, you are willing to travel domestically and internationally. • Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile.
