📋 Description

• Ship features across the platform using FastAPI services, React front ends, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Run • Own sprint commitments end to end: scope, build, test, and release • Keep the platform fast and reliable through monitoring, incident response, and lasting fixes • Work with coding agents daily, refining conventions, prompts, and guardrails • Build for real users running live client work through the platform • Make and document architecture decisions and manage technical debt deliberately • Work closely with the AI Developer on shared infrastructure and AI-powered products • Own the day-to-day build and growth of the Content Operating System

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and running production web systems — ones you owned, not just contributed to • Real depth in Python (FastAPI or similar), React, TypeScript, and relational databases • Genuine cloud experience deploying, monitoring, and debugging systems on GCP or AWS • Daily use of AI tools • Comfort with remote, async work on a small team • Clear written communication • Not eligible for visa sponsorship • Core-hours overlap with European time zones
