• Education: You have completed a degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in a business, technical or analytical field (e.g., Business, Finance or Engineering). • Skills & Mindset: You do not need to fulfill every requirement completely — what matters is that you demonstrate many of the following strengths: • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking • Affinity for numbers and a strong understanding of data and interrelationships • Interest in digital tools and openness to the use of AI in sales and decision-making contexts • Strong communication and teamwork skills • High commitment and a drive to deliver results • Customer-oriented thinking and an interest in understanding customer needs • Language skills: Excellent German and English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level) • Locations & Mobility: Your onboarding will take place locally in Germany, with possible assignments across different regions (north, east, south and central Germany) • You hold a valid driving license (Class B) • Willingness to travel internationally and to work in an intercultural environment
