📋 Description

• Provide emergency assistance to corporate travelers by phone, email, and other company-provided channels • Make, modify, cancel, and reissue domestic and international airline reservations • Manage critical travel-related situations, seeking fast and effective alternatives to minimize customer impact • Provide support with hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel services • Use GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or equivalent), airline portals, and corporate tools • Ensure compliance with clients’ travel policies and current commercial agreements • Accurately record all interactions and actions taken during service requests • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible traveler experience • Monitor flights, operational changes, and potential impacts requiring proactive intervention • Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate travel agencies or emergency support operations • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre and/or Amadeus • Experience with ticketing, rebooking, refunds, and other corporate travel processes • Knowledge of domestic and international airline portals • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays • Knowledge of OBTs (Online Booking Tools) is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English is a plus • Experience with international travel and high-priority customer service is preferred • Experience in 24/7 operations or emergency services departments
