📋 Description

• Handle and monitor support tickets related to OSGT Import • Understand customer needs and identify the underlying issue or actual objective of each request • Request and validate the information required for investigation • Guide users on the proper use of the system and import processes • Track tickets from opening through resolution, keeping customers informed • Investigate errors, unexpected behavior, and inconsistencies in OSGT • Assess parameters, configurations, and rules related to the import process • Reproduce scenarios in test environments when necessary • Work with import processes supported by OSGT • Assist customers with questions about OSGT Import and its processes • Monitor changes and developments related to DUIMP, Portal Único, and import processes

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Foreign Trade – Import processes • Experience with ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) – Import • Knowledge of DUIMP and the Portal Único Siscomex • Experience providing system support or customer service • Strong customer communication skills • Organized approach to recording and monitoring support tickets • Knowledge of system integrations (preferred) • Knowledge of databases (preferred) • Previous experience supporting Foreign Trade systems (preferred) • Analytical thinking for investigating issues • Clear communication, especially when interacting with customers • Organization and discipline in managing support tickets • Proactive approach to finding solutions and expanding knowledge • Ability to work as part of a team and share knowledge • Confidence in handling complex situations and customers • Focus on resolution and customer experience
