📋 Description

• Drive affiliate revenue by reactivating dormant partnerships, strengthening existing partner relationships, and negotiating exclusive, above-market commercial terms • Build and scale a new TradFi affiliate vertical by acquiring and managing forex, CFD, and commodities brokers using CPA and RevShare partnership models • Expand affiliate partnerships in priority markets, including Japan and the CIS • Coordinate affiliate content production and integrate affiliate links across editorial content • Own affiliate advertising infrastructure in AdButler, including campaign setup, placements, naming conventions, banner management, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization • Analyze placements, traffic sources, audience segments, and geographies to identify and replicate high-value conversion patterns • Audit, optimize, and improve affiliate placements, funnels, and conversion paths to boost CTR and performance • Collaborate with editorial and partnerships teams on a cohesive cross-functional content strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in crypto/trading affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, or affiliate business development • Established network with affiliate managers at top exchanges, brokers, or crypto platforms • Hands-on experience with partner negotiations, affiliate placements and analytics, banner management, and end-to-end ownership • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage • Proven experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals • Solid knowledge of crypto, forex, and traditional finance • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Tune/HasOffers, and Awin, and attribution models • Ability to track EPC and conversion rates and optimize performance • Experience with ad servers such as AdButler or similar • Basic awareness of SEO and driving clicks to content • Familiarity with WordPress and AI tools for content production
