📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle for a variety of complex projects • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinating necessary resources and managing vendor relationships • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards • Conducting regular project status meetings with stakeholders and leadership • Preparing and presenting project reports and presentations • Liaising between client, solution consultants, solution engineers and subcontractor personnel • Identifying and securing necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule • Promoting behavior-based safety in execution of the project • Driving consensus and commitment across diverse stakeholder groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in managing complex projects • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing operational processes, including Procurement, Scheduling, Quality, and Engineering. • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms • Thorough understanding of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques • Practical experience in applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks • PMP certification is highly preferred • Relevant experience in a related field and complex project management • In-depth knowledge of project estimates, schedules, budgets, and forecasting • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. • Deep proficiency in a variety of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
