📋 Description

• Support the design and implementation of global OTC business processes, system testing, data readiness, end-user documentation, training, and adoption. • Gather global requirements, design OTC global business processes, and support deployment of SAP S/4HANA in collaboration with a cross-functional team. • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure process requirements are well understood and the global OTC business process design is complete. • Own system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the OTC solution meets Belden’s needs and is fully operational. • Contribute to the design, build, and delivery of OTC end-user training and engagement materials and support the successful adoption of new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process including Customer Master Data, Order Management, Pricing, Credit & Collections, Billing & Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable. • Strong systems understanding with a clear view as to how OTC processes interact with other functions (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics). • Ability to work with a remote team in a global environment, navigating cultural and time zone differences effectively. • Comfort in multitasking and managing fluctuating priorities. • Strong results-orientation with a focus on delivering value to the business and customer. • Adaptability and openness to new approaches while navigating change. • Experience with SAP implementation or process design is preferred but not required. • Experience leading testing plans for ERP implementations is strongly preferred.
