• Drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues • Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs • Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits • Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs • Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment for the process industry (i.e. chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, water & waste treatment, etc.) • Proven track record within a sales, consultant and/or service role in the process industry • Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware essential for IT/OT systems • Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
