• You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions • Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship • Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits • Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, and trade fairs • Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
• Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation • Work experience – Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment • Proven track record – Within a sales and/or service role in process manufacturing • Technical know-how – Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware essential for IT/OT systems • Communication skills – Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience • Language proficiency – Fluency in English (written and spoken)
