📋 Description

• Translate customer problems into solution capabilities offerings that can be deployed at scale. • Identify new solution opportunities and confirming their business case. • Work with Solution Architecture and Development teams to prepare solutions for commercial launch. • Create solution roadmaps that identify long-term plans for solution development. • Create solution common reference architectures that enable repeatability. • Support sales and solutions consultant teams in creation of value proposition, strategic pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Engineering • Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in business development, product management, or solution management in telecommunications, IT, or datacom related business. • Strong technical understanding in IT networking technologies and software solutions such as Ethernet IP, SD-WAN, Wifi, 5GNR; PON, WDM, etc. • Knowledge and experience with CRM system tools (e.g. SFDC, DeskPro). • Proven track record within a solutions role in the data center environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and recommend solutions to manage customer challenges. • Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills. • Ability to translate complex, technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience.
