📋 Description

• Manage 4–5 projects as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth execution. • Oversee 3–4 campaign launches per project each month, crafting compelling copy and building templates. • Handle client communications including leading weekly calls and sharing updates with your team. • Guide the Research Team and teammates on projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Manage 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project monthly, aiming to book 5 appointments per project. • Brainstorm new ideas, refine tactics, and keep projects on schedule with your team. • Generate weekly reports and maintain accurate CRM data (Hubspot).

🎯 Requirements

• Speak fluent English (C1/C2) - clear communication is your superpower; • Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in Lead Generation (campaigns, templates, appointment booking, ICP targeting); • Have 1+ year client-facing experience - managing day-to-day conversations, execution, and strategy like a pro; • Thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments - you stay organized, disciplined, and ready to step up as a leader; • Have led projects or small teams, keeping tasks and people on track; • Know what it’s like to tackle tough campaigns in competitive industries—when KPIs are low, you dig deeper, think critically, and uncover fresh insights.
