• Are a confident macOS user, curious about the Apple ecosystem, and eager to learn (advanced skills not required) • Have some hands-on IT experience — helpdesk, internship, or a technical degree • Communicate in English at B1–B2 — many of our users and suppliers are English-speaking • Know networking fundamentals (OSI model, protocols, possible security problems) and troubleshoot systematically • Are self-organized — you'll plan your own day and prioritize requests yourself
