📋 Description

• Act as a hands-on technical leader overseeing system architecture and driving the QMARS ecosystem roadmap • Dedicate 75% of your time to technical guidance and code reviews, and 25% to high-impact people management • Implement and evangelize a high-maturity CI/CD methodology • Rapidly learn the QMARS product and act as a bridge between technical execution and mission goals • Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance culture across multiple functional pods

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Disclaimer: Medical or recreational marijuana use is considered illegal at the federal level, regardless of state laws allowing such, and may affect your ability to obtain Public Trust. • Able to move beyond basic automation to implement and evangelize a high-maturity CI/CD methodology • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of 20+ engineers • Ability to quickly synthesize how disparate parts interact to form a cohesive system
