📋 Description

• Conduct research and prospecting to identify potential partnership opportunities with payer and provider organizations, focusing on local and regional health plans and health systems. • Help qualify and prioritize potential leads based on fit with Belong Health's solutions and target market criteria. • Support the Vice President, Sales in managing the sales cycle, research, including outreach, stakeholder alignment, partnership terms negotiation, and agreement finalization. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Belong Health's solutions, including the technology and services offered, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential partners. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Analytics and Product, to gather relevant data and insights to support business development efforts. • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, spreadsheets, and other marketing materials to support the Strategic Partnerships team. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, strategy, or partnership roles, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Required: Experience in solution-based selling or consulting within payer or provider organizations. • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, particularly related to value-based care, Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plans, CMS/CMMI programs, Accountable Care Organizations • Required: Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Required: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various functional areas.
