📋 Description
• Guide, coach, and support Agile teams in delivering high-value products • Serve as a servant-leader, ensuring Agile principles and practices are understood and applied • Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team • Protect the team from external distractions to maintain focus on priorities • Ensure commitments are delivered with transparency and predictability • Track and analyze key Agile metrics to drive improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles • Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to foster collaboration and build trust across diverse stakeholders
