• Manage, coach, and hold accountable all marketing team members (marketing manager, email specialist, data analyst, ad specialists) and content team members (content manager and creators). • Ensure weekly sprints, tasks, and KPIs are consistently met, reviewing work quality and effectiveness. • Strategically guide and assist the paid ads and content teams to consistently achieve quarterly lead generation targets. • Collaborate directly with leadership to create compelling, innovative offers and detailed instructions for marketing execution. • Continuously monitor marketing metrics and proactively adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth and performance. • Provide weekly reports and insights clearly outlining marketing team performance, challenges, and recommendations. • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture within the marketing team. • Ensure flawless creation of ad directions, posting and optimization. • Ensure flawless creation of split test direction and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of proven leadership experience in digital marketing, ideally within high-growth companies. • Preferred Education: Masters or PhD level. • Demonstrated experience successfully managing and coaching multi-functional marketing teams, including paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, content, and video production. • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics, data analysis, and proven ability to translate insights into measurable actions. • Strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive lead generation and revenue goals. • Exceptional ability to create compelling marketing offers and strategies with clear execution plans. • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and teams effectively in a remote work environment. • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with a clear track record of fostering high-performing teams.
