• Handle and convert incoming guest calls always meeting touchpoint expectations during guest interactions to close the sale. • Ensure compliance with GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and selling strategies. • Complete daily administrative routines (system logins, checklists, e mails, trainings). • Manage guest voicemails and conduct callbacks. • Monitor and manage property waitlists, including availability checks and guest callbacks. • Engage in extensive training modules (Back to Basics, OSHA, Security Awareness, property-specific training).
• Ability to work in a remote work setting with a quiet and free of distraction background. • Ability to work a flex schedule to reflect business needs, with holiday and weekend hours required. • Prior experience in hotel and sales required. • Strong internet with hot spot back up, dual computer screen required. • Strong computer and typing skills with knowledge of navigating the internet and using various software programs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
