📋 Description

• Provide personalised career guidance and career planning to Bendigo Health staff • Design and deliver training and assessment activities for staff covered by the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement • Help staff explore career pathways • Build connections with education providers • Coordinate work experience opportunities • Represent Bendigo Health at career expos and events • Collaborate with internal education teams and external training providers • Ensure development programs align with workforce needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2026 Flu Vaccination • Evidence of full immunisation record as part of the onboarding process if successful • Cover letter and up-to-date resume • Bendigo Health employees must apply with their Bendigo Health email address
