📋 Description
• Design, automate, and scale systems that power internal operations • Manage and evolve SaaS ecosystem, identity platforms, and endpoint management tools • Define IT processes, evaluate new tooling, and work cross-functionally • Troubleshoot complex end-user and endpoint issues • Document IT support processes, managing ticket queues, setting SLAs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in IT systems or SaaS administration • Strong experience with Okta, including Workflows, Identity Governance, and SSO app integrations • Proven experience managing a portfolio of SaaS tools • Demonstrable expertise with JAMF Pro and Google Workspace Admin • Proficiency in automating IT and SaaS workflows • Ability to design, document, and iterate IT support processes • Clear, empathetic communicator
