📋 Description

• Make reservations for flights, hotels, and ground transportation; • Negotiate with agencies and suppliers; • Monitor travel costs and budgets; • Ensure compliance with the travel policy; • Support employees before, during, and after trips; • Manage unforeseen events (rescheduling, cancellations); • Prepare expense reports; • Propose improvements to the travel policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; • Experience with corporate travel; • Organized and able to work quickly; • Good communication skills. • Preferred qualifications: • Experience with travel management tools; • Experience handling a high volume of requests; • Basic to intermediate English.
