📋 Description

• Support the development and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) bots for operational and administrative processes • Assist in mapping workflows and identifying automation opportunities with business teams • Develop and refine Python scripts under the guidance of the team • Work with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms • Support the implementation of API-based integrations between internal and external systems • Contribute to initiatives using Artificial Intelligence resources applied to automation, such as automated document reading, data classification, and data extraction • Monitor bot execution, identify failures, and support incident analysis and resolution • Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for automated processes • Participate in continuous improvement, standardization, and automation governance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Python applied to automation, script development, or integrations (academic experience, internships, or personal projects) • Practical or academic experience with at least one RPA tool, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, IBM Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, or similar platforms • Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Logical reasoning and an analytical mindset to support problem identification and resolution • Interest in process automation, technology, and continuous improvement • Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop technical skills • Ability to follow the team's standards, best practices, and technical guidance
