📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot, modify, and test electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment using various diagnostic tools • Diagnose issues and perform necessary adjustments, part replacements, component repairs • Provide technical support to engineers in the field or on-site for complex service tasks • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors while delivering high-quality technical service • Collect, organize, and analyze technical data such as lab results, material tests, and engineering design changes • Generate engineering documentation, reports, and drawings, conduct tests and record findings • Perform calculations and interpret results to support service decisions • Read and interpret general electrical and mechanical schematics • Apply broad technical knowledge of electronic principles to restore equipment functionality and resolve issues • Follow all company and industry safety standards and policies • Complete other duties as assigned by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree • 5+ years of field service experience in both electrical and mechanical domains • Must be a “Road Warrior”—willing and able to travel 100% • Demonstrated expertise in servicing and troubleshooting power electronic systems, including low and medium voltage switchgear, soft starters, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) • Proven proficiency in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electrical and power electronic equipment • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Willingness and ability to work extended hours as needed to support urgent customer requirements • Customer-focused professional with a team-oriented mindset and a commitment to service excellence
