📋 Description
• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation • Oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment • Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of systems • Perform installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs • Engage with customers to understand their analytical workflows • Enhance account profitability through efficient service execution
🎯 Requirements
• BA Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 3 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 5 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR High School Diploma plus 7+ years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal skills • Technical critical thinking skills and attention to detail • MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word • Vendor issued certification on relevant laboratory equipment
