📋 Description

• Lead discussions with customers to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and objectives • Translate customer needs into effective SAP Business One solutions • Manage and resolve complex application issues with the relevant technical team • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution • Provide expert functional support and system configuration • Optimize processes to enhance SAP Business One performance and business efficiency • Conduct user training and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions • Recommend workarounds, new features, and additional modules to maximize system utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One support and/or implementation • Strong understanding of SAP Business One core modules and commonly used add-ons • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports • Proven experience in SAP Business One upgrades and version migrations • Background in Finance and/or Manufacturing is an advantage • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business One • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, SAP B1 HANA, and Crystal Reports • Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis with the help of the technical team • Ability to create documentation and high-level development specifications • Proficiency in written and spoken English • French - Native level • Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural team • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work from home
