📋 Description

• Execute the pre-sales framework with customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings • Drive the discovery process and identify how Workiva solutions address customer and prospect needs • Provide pre-sales support through technical and architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging • Ensure customer success by coordinating with Workiva Client Services for smooth onboarding and long-term success • Develop working knowledge across industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact • Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value proposition • Conduct process assessments and build proofs of concept to validate requirements • Build and present customer-specific business cases • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers as needed • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success • Assist Sales in developing account plans aligned with Workiva strategies and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or a related field • Fluency in both German and French for high-level business communications, client negotiations, and documentation • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Consultant level in the Big Four or public accounting • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present value-based, compelling software demonstrations • Willingness to travel up to 30% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access when working remotely
