📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-performance, accessible websites and web applications • Contribute to frontend, backend, API, and data model design and implementation • Develop CMS-driven websites, including content modelling, localisation, and editorial workflows • Implement product features, backend functionality, and user interfaces • Integrate internal systems, third-party services, and external APIs • Support SEO, performance, and accessibility best practices, including Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.1 AA • Assist with deployment, hosting, testing, QA, and documentation • Work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and proactively solve problems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience delivering production-ready websites and web applications • Strong experience with React; Next.js strongly preferred • Solid full-stack experience with TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, state management, and database-backed applications • Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi or Contentful, including localisation, editorial workflows, preview setups, and customisation • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, and modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules • Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows • Proven ability to optimise for performance, accessibility, and SEO • Experience with deployment workflows, CI/CD, and cloud/hosting environments • Familiarity with internationalisation/localisation approaches and regional content requirements • Strong communication skills, good judgment, and ability to work independently and proactively • Comfort using AI-powered development tools is a plus
