📋 Description

• Technical management and supervision of properties in Berlin-Kaulsdorf and surrounding areas • Coordination and oversight of maintenance and repair work • Collaboration with external service providers and monitoring of service delivery • Cost management and budget planning for technical measures • Development and implementation of modernization measures to improve energy efficiency • Defect and warranty management, including documentation of all technical processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or qualification in facility management, real estate, building services/engineering, or a comparable qualification • Experience in technical property management or property/facility management • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability • Practical, hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure • Knowledge of energy management and an interest in sustainable technologies • High digital affinity and confident use of standard MS Office programs; ideally initial experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems
