📋 Description

• Coordinate across Group Product Managers and product teams to surface and resolve decisions • Lead daily stand-ups and recurring delivery ceremonies with engineering • Partner with engineering leads to troubleshoot and unblock delivery issues • Lead triage for cross-cutting bugs and defects, including identification, prioritization, and ownership assignment • Identify delivery bottlenecks and compliance gaps and implement scalable processes • Own the platform-wide program for country-specific regulatory and functional requirements • Lead consolidation of data processing, marketing, and cookie consent management into a consistent platform framework • Build the platform back office for technical support • Interface with the GTM team • Own roadmap and experience decisions for a global platform product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including platform or delivery-focused roles • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive decisions quickly in ambiguous or contested situations • Strong operational rigor; comfortable running ceremonies, triage processes, and cross-team workflows • Experience working closely with engineering on troubleshooting and delivery issues • Technical fluency • Experience owning a partner-facing or multi-market product • Sensitivity to regional variation across a large footprint • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority • Bias toward action and strong prioritization instincts • Experience in a platform or infrastructure product role at a multi-market or global company preferred • Background working with legal/compliance teams on regulatory rollouts, especially consent management programs preferred • Experience setting up or scaling incident management, bug triage, or internal support tooling preferred • Experience with franchise, partner, or multi-tenant portal products preferred
