📋 Description
• Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team • Oversee successful implementation and account management through the long-term obligation to the customer • Ensure maximum profitability through execution plan • Communicate amongst customer and Company team to share best practices • Evaluate performance of each account relative to customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience in P+L Management • 5+ years' experience managing multiple sites of a Region or Customer System • Must understand the company's policies and procedures, create solutions, offer guidance • Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
