📋 Description

• Create responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using Webflow’s designer and CMS. • Build and manage Webflow CMS collections for scalable content updates. • Develop animations, hover effects, and dynamic interactions. • Optimize sites for performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO readiness. • Translate brand guidelines into pixel-perfect designs. • Configure meta tags, alt text, structured data, sitemaps, and semantic HTML. • Integrate Webflow sites with HubSpot, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, CRMs, forms, and analytics. • Test websites across browsers and devices. • Collaborate with marketing on A/B testing layouts, CTAs, and funnel flow. • Handle ongoing edits, new page builds, and version updates. • Stay current with Webflow updates, no-code tools, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Webflow development. • Strong portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages and websites. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus: React, Vue.js). • Solid understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles. • Experience integrating and managing analytics/tracking tools. • Attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
