📋 Description

• Own the definition and documentation of data integration requirements between Partex.AI and internal and external data sources • Document data exchanged, flow direction, triggers, fields, formats, transformation logic, and conflict or missing-value handling • Determine whether integrations use the SQL Server Data Warehouse or Databricks and maintain the migration transition plan • Translate integration requirements into implementation-ready specifications and sequence integrations by business priority • Identify authoritative systems for investigator, site, enrollment, benchmark, and survey data • Define source conflict resolution, MDM matching and merging, and data-quality remediation rules • Translate feasibility workflow needs into platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Participate in discovery with feasibility, business development, and site selection teams • Analyze current-state feasibility processes and identify data gaps, integration failures, and missing feedback loops • Produce process-flow and data-flow documentation for RFP response, site identification, and site selection workflows • Define testable integration and platform acceptance criteria for clinical operations UAT • Serve as the primary requirements interface with the Partex.AI implementation team • Assess out-of-the-box platform capabilities and document configuration or custom-integration gaps • Track integration delivery against the Q2–Q4 2026 implementation timeline and flag risks and dependencies • Support Alchemer Enterprise integration to ensure survey responses and scoring flow into Partex.AI • Monitor integration health and data quality, diagnosing issues with Data and Technology • Maintain living integration documentation and requirements traceability for UAT and validation • Identify opportunities to expand the platform data foundation with new internal, external, and study-feedback sources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role • Experience with data integration requirements, field mapping, and business rules • Strong data quality analysis and agile delivery experience • Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industries • Understanding of clinical trial operations and study-lifecycle data, especially feasibility and site selection • Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, IRT, Medidata, Citeline, ClinicalTrials.gov, or equivalent clinical data platforms • Understanding of investigator and site selection decisions in a CRO context • Ability to understand schemas, APIs, and basic SQL • Ability to create data/process flow documentation • Comfortable analyzing large, multi-source datasets • Familiarity with MDM concepts • Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan • Advanced written and spoken English fluency, from B2 to C1/C2, is mandatory • Must be located in Central or South America • Must use own laptop/PC • Nice-to-have: clinical, survey, SaaS, EDC/CTMS, or site intelligence platform experience • Nice-to-have: Azure, Databricks, pipelines, GxP/CSV, lakehouse concepts, wireframing/mockups, or BA certifications
