Based in Mountain View, Bespoke Labs supports model builders with datasets, tools, and publications and is hiring across research and engineering roles.

📋 Description

• Map experts to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements • Balance supply and demand so projects staff quickly and experts remain engaged • Drive expert activation from matching through kickoff, guidelines, first tasks, and ramp-up • Reduce time and drop-off between activation steps • Own expert satisfaction, NPS, and retention across the network • Create policies, systems, and SOPs supporting a strong expert experience • Ensure projects, operations, engineering, and finance stakeholders follow fulfillment processes • Run onboarding and offboarding end to end, including contracts, background verification, access provisioning and deprovisioning, systems setup, and clean exits • Manage relationships and workflows with software tools, background-check providers, payment and contracting platforms, and service providers • Identify fulfillment bottlenecks and build tooling and automation for matching, access grants, contract issuance, verification, and status tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running fulfillment, delivery operations, or contractor/expert onboarding at scale • Demonstrable volume, speed, and cost metrics for people moved through an operational pipeline • Experience owning and improving NPS, CSAT, or retention for a network of experts, contractors, users, or similar • Strong operational rigor, including documentation, trackers, SOPs, and clean handoffs • Ability to build, debug, and ship with minimal supervision • Ability to drive cross-functional follow-ups • Experience in delivery operations, program operations, or fulfillment at a talent marketplace, staffing/expert-network, or data-labeling/human-data company is advantageous • Experience owning expert, contractor, or customer success functions at scale is advantageous • Experience in operations, Chief of Staff, or business-ops roles at a fast-scaling startup is advantageous • Experience with marketplaces, matching systems, or multi-step onboarding flows is advantageous • Interest in using AI tools to improve individual and team productivity • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must indicate whether US immigration sponsorship is required
