• Bestow is a leading insurance technology platform serving innovative life insurers. • We're searching for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive expansion opportunities. • Interface with carrier customers and sales team to identify market expansion opportunities • Champion and optimize Bestow’s land & expand GTM strategy • Create innovative solutions with platform PM, UX / design, engineering, and other internal counterparts to capitalize on opportunities • Build compelling business cases and advocate for resources internally • Demo solutions externally to carrier customers and guide them to see the value in our standard platform functionality • Launch, measure, gather user feedback, and iterate
• 4+ years in a product management role • Experience working on an Enterprise SaaS platform or in partnerships • Experience working in insurance or fintech • Experience leading cross-functional customer-facing meetings • Excellent communication skills through verbal, written, and visual mediums • Ability to clearly communicate priorities and promote alignment across teams • Ability to lead cross-functionally through influence, rather than authority • Ability to make data-informed decision making • A track record of delivering high quality projects on time • Ability to convincingly communicate how platform features deliver business value
